Sales Account Manager

Our European and local markets coverageis assured by more than 500+ partners, and 800+ delivery points (stores), being recognized as one of the most innovative home decoration brands in Romania and surrounding.
As we look to accelerate our growth in foreign markets, we are expanding our commercial team in order to build strong partnerships with clients in Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, and Austria (but not exclusively).
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales for our sheer&curtain products by building positive relationships with new customers, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding.
Identify and engage with target customers/ agents (ongoing lead generation)
Practice consultative selling with our prospects, uncovering needs and preparing them personalized offers (Speak your client’s language and become a trusted advisor)
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and existing clients, plan and organize visits to clients
Prepare and present offers to the clients through email or through personal or online client meetings
Act as a Team Player with the operational departments in finding the best solutions for potential clients.
Regularly connect with customers for feedback and/or present new collections or new products coming to market
Manage ongoing business relationships and grow the sales pipeline, being the primary company representative for the area
Relevant experience in B2B sales on a foreign market, from lead generation to negotiations and account management (we consider that a minimum of 2-3 years can be relevant)
Good communication and networking skills;
Good listener, proactive in asking questions, flexible in conversation, has the ability to adapt;
Experience with fairs and exhibitions would be a plus
Great plus: previous experience in similar/connected industries in a sales/business development/account management position: textiles, home&deco, construction materials, coats/wall decoration industry
Good command of negotiation skills;
Good attention to detail and excellent time management skills;
Excellent English skills, German is a great plus!
B category driving license and driving experience
Openness to regular business trips abroad (min. 10-12 trips/year)
